摘要
通过对股票市场行政干预、结构失衡、上市公司行为不规范等障碍的分析，提出了要以股票市场的多元化创新、机制创新等系统创新来促进股票市场的大发展。
In this article,the writer analyse the obstruction of stock market development,including:central planning structure unequilibrium of stock market and the abnormal behavior of the companies on the stock market, and give a suggestion that we should develop the stock market quickly with the stock market system innovation,including diverificaition innovation and mechanism innovation.
