摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗宫角妊娠的价值及安全性。方法:分析11例宫角妊娠患者的临床资料,对其治疗结果及价值进行分析。结果:腹腔镜诊断准确率达100%,11例患者均顺利完成手术,腹腔镜手术治疗成功率72.73%,术中平均手术时间为(102±22)min,平均出血(130.0±74.3)ml,术中及术后无并发症出现。结论:腹腔镜治疗宫角妊娠安全、有效、创伤小,值得临床应用推广。
Objective： To investigate the value and safety of laparoscopy in treating cornual pregnancy.Methods： Clinical data of 11 cases of cornual pregnancy treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed so as to evaluate the outcome and value of the treatment.Results： The diagnostic accuracy rate of laparoseopy was 100%.All cases were completed operation successfully and the success rate of laparoseopy was 72.73%.The average operation time is 102±22 min,the average blood loss was 130.0±74.3 ml,and there was no complication occurred after operations.Conclusion： Therapeutic laparoscopy for cornual pregnancy is a safe,effective and less trauma,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
