摘要 目的:探讨应用Cable-pin系统选择性内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:利用Cable-pin系统选择性治疗髌骨骨折20例,均为闭合性髌骨骨折患者,其中横行骨折15例,粉碎性骨折5例,观察术后骨折愈合情况及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:对患者随访6~18个月,平均12个月,伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,无感染发生,骨折全部愈合,无退钉、钢缆松脱和皮肤刺激等并发症发生。以Bostman髌骨骨折疗效评分标准进行评分:优18例,良2例,优良率为100%。结论:Cable-pin系统对骨折固定牢固可靠,操作简单,术后并发症发生率低,是选择性治疗髌骨骨折的一种值得推广的新方法。 Objective: To discuss the clinical effect on applying Cable-pin system to fixing patellar fractures alternatively.Methods: 20 closed patella fracture patients were operated with the Cable-pin system,of whom,15 were with transverse closed fractures and 5 with comminuted fractures.Then the healing of the fractures and recovery of the knee functions were observed.Results: The 20 patients had been followed up for 6 to 18 months with an average of 12 months.Wounds healed in the first stage without any infections,and fractures in all patients healed without such complications as loose of screws and cables,and skin irritation.Restoration of the knee joint motion was excellent in 18 cases and good in 2 cases with a good rate of 100% according to the Bostman score system.Conclusion: Cable-pin system for the alternative treatment of patella fracture is reliable,simple in operation and low in complications after surgeries,which is a new selective treatment in patellar fractures worthing promotion.
