摘要
在现代焊接生产过程中,越来越多的机器人代替了工人作业,这样既可以保证焊接过程的精度又可以降低企业越来越高的人工成本。而由于机器人本身自由度的限制,必须有焊接变位机与之配合才能更好的完成焊接要求。这样对焊接变位机在定位过程中速度运行的平稳性、位置达到的准确性和通讯系统的抗干扰性提出了更高的要求。基于以上原因,本文设计了一款焊接变位机定位系统,实现了焊接变位机定位过程的稳定、准确和通讯顺畅。
More and more robots take the places of workers in modern welding production process,which ensures the precision of welding process and decreases the enterprises' increasing labor costs.But for the limit of robot flexibility,to make the process better,there must be a welding positioner to cooperate with it.So,there are high requirements for welding positioner,such as running smoothly,the accuracy of the location and the communication clear between different parts in anti jamming welding environment.Based on these reasons,a high precision welding positioner positioning system was designed,solving the questions of running smoothly,accuracy of the location and communication clear between different parts in welding environment.
