摘要
连铸结晶器内铸坯的凝固行为直接影响着铸坯质量。为了清楚的认识结晶器内铸坯的凝固过程,建立了二维圆坯结晶器内钢水凝固传热及弹塑性应力瞬态分析模型,基于商业有限元软件ANSYS的直接耦合法模拟计算了圆坯在结晶器冷却过程中的温度及应力分布、坯壳厚度和收缩量。模拟结果表明:圆坯出结晶器坯壳厚度为15.5mm,边界收缩量为0.5mm,圆坯表层处于压缩状态,而内部处于拉伸状态。
The quality of continuous casting billet is always affected by its solidification behavior in mold.In order to understand the solidification behavior,a two-dimensional transient finite element model for heat transfer and elastic-plastic stress of liquid steel solidification in continuous casting round billet mold was developed to simulate temperature and stress distribution,thickness of solid shell and solidification shrinkage based on the commercial programme ANSYS.The simulation results show that,at the outlet of mold,the thickness of solid shell is 15.5 mm and the solidification shrinkage of round billet boundary is 0.5 mm.The outer shell is compressed,and the inner is stretched.
