亲人罹难对震后青少年心身健康影响的研究 被引量:5

Study on the Psychosomatic Health of the Adolescents Lost Their Beloved Ones in Wenchuan Earthquake

摘要 目的探讨汶川地震中有亲人罹难的青少年灾后心身健康的特点。方法采用随机整群取样法,于震后3周对在地震中有亲人(一级和二级亲属)遇难的42名青少年和在地震中没有亲人遇难的195名青少年使用简易心身健康调查表进行测试。结果研究组在骨骼肌肉症状、呼吸症状、心血管症状、神经症状、睡眠状态、情绪状态、情感状态、言语因子分及躯体总分、心理总分、心身总分明显高于对照组(t=2.566~4.272,P<0.05或0.01);研究组组内比较发现,男生除了骨骼肌肉症状因子明显高于女生(t=2.234,P<0.05)外,其余各因子及躯体总分、心理总分、身心总分之间没有明显差异(t=-1.096~1.916,P>0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,是否有亲人遇难和年龄是影响灾区青少年心理症状和躯体症状的主要因素。结论有亲人遇难的青少年心身健康状况损害明显,灾难心理救援应特别关注。 Objective To explore the characters of psychosomatic health of the adolescents who lost their beloved ones in Wenchuan earthquake.Methods By cluster random sampling,a total of 42 adolescents who lost their beloved ones including the first and the second-degree relatives in Wenchuan earthquake and 195 not lost were tested in post-earthquake 3 weeks by facility psychosomatic health scale.Results The factors scores of bone-muscle,respiration,cardiovascular,nerve,sleeping,emotion,filling and speaking,total somatic score,total mental score and total psychosomatic score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=2.566~4.272,P0.05 or 0.01);There were not significant gender differences in experimental group except bone-muscle(t=2.234,P0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed thatlost their beloved ones or not and age were the primary factors influencing the adolescents' psychological conditions,and only lost their beloved ones or not for their physical conditions.Conclusion The psychosomatic health of the adolescents lost their beloved ones in earthquake is injured seriously.Psychological crisis intervention for calamity might pay more attention to them.
