摘要
探讨短纤维对棉纺纺纱质量的影响及控制措施。通过分析短纤维对纺纱质量的影响,指出,短纤维对棉纺系统的影响主要表现在破坏纤维品质造成棉结、增加落棉、形成浮游纤维影响纤维变速、伸出纱体形成毛羽、影响条干均匀度、降低强力等方面。通过实践认为:在梳理前尽量排除短纤维和减少其增长,在梳理后采取控制短纤维运动的措施,才可保证产品质量的稳定。
Effect and control measured of short fiber on cotton spinning quality were discussed. Through analyses, it is pointed out that the effect of short fiber mainly includes the following aspects, breaking fiber quality and becoming neps,increasing noil,becoming float fiber effecting fiber speed change,extending from yarn body and becoming hairiness, effecting evenness and reducing strength. Through practice it is considered that stabilization of product quality can be ensured when eliminating and reducing short fiber as much as possible before carding, controlling short fiber movement after carding.
