摘要 指出快速寻找核心专利对于企业开展技术竞争情报工作至关重要;针对三种核心专利识别方法的原理、方法进行探讨,以乙肝防治技术为例,分别采用引证专利法和同族专利法进行实证研究,识别该技术领域的核心专利,提供相应的企业技术竞争情报支持。 How to find core patents quickly and effectively is very important for enterprises to get technical competitive intelligence. This paper firstly discusses the principles and methodologies of three methods of core patents identification. Taking hepatitis B prevention and control technology for example, the paper then applies two methods, patents citation and patents family, to identify the core patents of hepatitis B prevention and control technology and provide the technological competitive intelligence support for relevant enterprises.
