强脉冲光脱腋毛疗效及其对腋下汗液分泌的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察强脉冲光脱腋毛的疗效及其对腋下汗液分泌的影响。方法:选取20名女性志愿者,对其一侧腋下进行5次强脉冲光脱毛,另一侧作为对照,在末次治疗结束后6个月,评价双侧腋下脱毛率,并采用称重法测定双侧腋下汗液分泌速度。结果:经过5次治疗后6个月,治疗侧脱毛率为92.14±5.2%,对照侧脱毛率为1.06±2.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有志愿者的治疗局部皮肤均出现即刻潮红,伴不同程度的灼热和疼痛,可自行消退,治疗后均未出现水疱、瘢痕、色素沉着和色素减退:经过5次治疗后6个月,治疗侧汗液分泌速度为6.82±5.43mg/cm2.h,而对照侧为7.23±6.12mg/cm2.h,经统计学分析差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:强脉冲光脱腋毛安全有效,对汗液分泌无影响。 Objectives:To investigate the efficacy of intense pulsed light(IPL) on axillary hair removal and its effect on excretion of sweat.Methods: One side axillary area of twenty volunteers was performed 5 hair removal treatments by using IPL,and the other side axillary area was set as control.The assessment for percentage of hair reduction was conducted 6 months after the last treatment.And the excretion of sweat on both axillary areas was measured by weighting.Results: Six months after the last treatment the percentage of hair reduction on the IPL treated side was(92.14±5.2)%,and the percentage of hair reduction on the control side was(1.06±2.3)%.The differences were significant(P0.01).All volunteers suffered from transient pain and erythema immediately after treatment.No adverse effects such as blister,scarring and hyperpigmentation(or hypopigmentation) were observed.All volunteers were satisfied with the efficacy of IPL hair removal treatment.6 months after the last treatment the excretion of sweat on the IPL treated side was 6.824±5.43 mg/cm2.h,while the control side was 7.23±6.12 mg/cm2.h.There was no statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusions: Intense pulsed light is safe and effective on axillary hair removal and its effect on excretion of sweat is negligible.
