摘要
采用PCR直接测序法对贵州小香鸡GH基因的2~3外显子区域进行SNPs检测,测定部分生长性状并分析其与基因多态性间的关联性。结果显示,在内含子2中共检测出2个变异位点,均存在3种基因型。最小二乘分析显示C170T多态位点显著影响贵州小香鸡的屠宰率(P<0.05),初生重、1周龄重、2周龄重和龙骨长存在显著的基因型与性别互作效应(P<0.05);T334C多态位点与贵州小香鸡体斜长、胫长和胫围存在显著的基因型与性别互作效应(P<0.05)。结果表明,C170T和T334C多态位点可能对贵州小香鸡生长性状有显著影响。
PCR direct sequencing was used to analyse the polymorphism of GH gene between exon 2-3 and the growth traits were measured directly. Two SNPs loci were detected in intron 2,which with 3 genotypes in each locus. The Least Square Mean analysis showed that C170T affected dressing percentage significantly (P〈0.05),the interaction effects for genotypes and gender in 0 day weight, 1 week weight, 2 week weight and fossil bone length were significant (P〈0.05). the interaction effects for genotypes and gender in body slanting length, shank length and shank girth fo'r T334C were significant too. The results indicated that the C170T and T334C locus may be used for marker-assisted selection and breeding in Guizhou Xiaoxiang chicken.
