摘要
目的研究早期手术对急性创伤性髌骨脱位的治疗效果,为临床治疗急性创伤性髌骨脱位提供指导。方法将自2008年1月至2010年12月于我院进行急性创伤性髌骨治疗的86例患者按照家属意愿分为两组,实验组48例进行早期手术治疗,对照组38例进行手法复位+石膏外固定+中药治疗。评估两组患者治疗后髌骨稳定性和膝关节功能,调查并发症情况。结果术后两组患者功能评价等级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,实验组患者的髌骨恢复情况和并发症情况均优于对照组。结论早期手术治疗疗效好,髌骨稳定性好,膝关节功能恢复良好,无严重不良并发症,值得在临床广泛推广。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of the early surgical treatment of acute traumatic patellar dislocation treatment,for the clinical treatment guidance.Methods 86 patients in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 for treatment of acute traumatic patella in were divided into two groups,according to the wishes of the families,of the experimental group of 48 cases to receive early surgical treatment,control group of 38 cases to receive manual reduction ＋ cast immobilization ＋ traditional Chinese medicine.Patients were assessed after treatment of patellar stability and knee function,complications were investigated.Results Functional recovery rateand complications of the experimental group were both better than the control group,the function evaluation levels of the two groups were with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The early surgical treatment is featured with good therapeutic effect,patellar stability,knee function recovery,and no serious adverse complications,which is worth wide clinical application.
