摘要
急性放射病病情凶险,发展快,预后差,给临床治疗带来较大困难。造血干细胞移植是治疗急性放射病的主要方法之一,能帮助恢复造血功能,为患者存活创造机会;作为造血微环境的重要分泌因子,SDF-1在造血系统方面发挥着重要作用。在此综述造血干细胞与SDF-1在治疗急性放射病方面的成果和研究进展。
The acute radiation sickness is dangerous,featured with rapid development and poor prognosis,making clinical treatment more difficult.Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is one of the important ways for treatment of acute radiation sickness,which can help to restore the hematopoietic function and create the survival opportunity.Stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1)as an important secretory factor of hepatopoietic microenvironment plays an important role in the hematopoietic system.Here is to review the progress of hematopoietic stem cells and SDF-1 in the treatment of acute radiation sickness.
