摘要 20g钢进行激光深熔焊接时气孔是常见的缺陷,对焊接质量有较大影响。本文运用正交试验法,对激光深熔焊工艺参数进行实验,并对试验数据进行分析。得到通过正交试验进行筛选后的优化参数,利用这些优化参数可以得到熔深合理气孔数较少的效果,为进一步研究奠定了基础。 The porosity of 20g steel deep penetration laser welding is a common defect, which has a great influence on welding quality. This paper makes an experiment on parameters of deep penetration laser welding by orthogonal test. Through analyzing the test data, we obtain the optimum parameters by orthogonal selection, and based on it, we get the effect of reasonable fewer number of porosities, which provides a foundation for further study.
