摘要
通过对上海汽车工业 (集团 )总公司部分企业调查 ,探讨了汽车行业先进的精益生产方式与员工队伍素质之间的关系 ,用大量事实说明精益生产需要高素质的员工队伍 ,精益生产实践造就了一代新型员工 ,员工队伍素质的提高反过来促进精益生产向深层次发展 ,高素质的员工队伍是推进精益生产方式的重要保证。
WT5BZ]Through the investigation of a few enterprises in SAIC(Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp.(Group)), the author approaches the relationship between the lean production system and the quality of workers. Many facts show that the implementation of lean production needs and creates a new generation of staff, and the improvement of the quality of staff further promotes the development of the quality of lean production.
