固定化固氮鱼腥藻细胞的固氮放氢 被引量:2

摘要 以2%海藻酸钙包埋鱼腥藻细胞进行固定化培养,鱼腥藻的固氮、放氢和吸氢活性均明显提高。固定化培养的鱼腥藻生长速度减缓,较高固氮活性维持的时间增长,对氧和铵的敏感度降低。以2%GaCl_2固化5min制成的胶珠较为理想。
