摘要
本文在借鉴西方矿业大国利用资本市场成功经验基础上，从我国实际出发，阐述了如何逐步开发和利用资本市场，实现我国矿地产业稳步、持续发展，进而维系国民经济快速、健康发展。
With the view of successful experience that big mining countries in the west utilize the capital market, the paper expounds the problems how to develop and utilize capital market, in order to fulfill stable healthy development of mining industry, thus maintain speed development of national economy.
