摘要
文章研究和借鉴西方国家职工股份所有制的一些经验教训，对地勘单位股份合作制改造的现状及存在问题进行了分析。
The paper studies the experience and lessons of share ownership of staffs in the western country. It also analyses the present situation and problems of share cooperative system in geological prospecting units and it puts forward relevant suggestions.
