摘要
高压电动机广泛应用在电厂、化工、煤炭、冶金等很多企业中,采用断路器、接触器开合电动机成为一个普遍工况,开断过程中产生的过电压,有可能对开关设备及电动机自身绝缘造成破坏,为了验证开关设备开合高压电动机的能力,西安高压电器研究院有限责任公司实验室依据IEC 62271-110:2009标准规定,建立开合高压电动机试验的等效回路。通过回路调试以及对试品进行的试验,证明回路参数覆盖大多数的实际应用,并且代表了相对严酷的工况,能有效地验证开关设备开合高压电动机的能力。
High-voltage motor widely used in power plant, chemical, coal and metallurgy industries, etc many enterprise, the using of circuit-breaker and contaetor to switch motor to be a universal conditions. The higher overvoltages would occur during the swiching process, which may destroy the insulation of switch equipment and motor. For proving the ability of a circuit-breaker and contactor to switch high-voltage motors, the laboratory of XIHARI established the substitute circuit according to the standards of IEC 62271-110:2009.It has been evidenced that the parameters of the substitute circuit represent a relatively severe case and cover the majority of service applications after debugging and type test. The circuit can effectively prove the ability of a circuit-breaker and contactor to switch high-voltage motors.
