摘要
监测GIS中的局部放电是发现GIS绝缘缺陷、防止事故发生的重要手段。用超高频(UHF)圆板型内置传感器来监测GIS局部放电具有灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强的优点。笔者通过仿真计算研究了传感器自身结构和GIS腔体对传感器性能的影响。研究结果表明,填充介质介电常数的增加、圆板电极半径的增大、引线增粗、圆板电极与金属接地板间距离的增大,都会使传感器的输入阻抗降低,驻波比(VSWR)减小,有利于传感器与输出电缆间的匹配。另外还发现传感器在较高频率下的增益随自身结构的变化不大,而GIS腔体的存在使传感器的增益增大。
Partial discharge(PD) detection is an important insulation diagnosis method in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) to prevent accidents. UHF disc sensor has high sensitivity and low noise level to monitor PD of GIS. The paper investigates the characteristic of the sensor which is related to the structure of the sensor and the GIS tank by simulation. The results show that the input impedance and voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of the sensor will decrease with the increase of the dielectric constant, the sensor's diameter, the line's diameter and the the distance between the disc and the ground plate. It can be helpful to the match between the sensor and output cable. In addition , the sensor's gain doesn't change significantly with the structure of itself in high frequency, but it will become higher when the GIS tank exists.
