摘要
"十二五"时期,世界经济贸易格局将迎来重大而深刻的变化。全球经济将转入中低速增长,围绕市场、资源、人才、技术、标准等的竞争更加激烈,将给我国外贸发展带来多方面的影响。面对机遇和挑战,外贸企业提倡创新经营,为此,外贸经营模式的创新将给中小外贸企业带来新的发展空间。文章介绍了CEM联合出口管理模式的概况并分析了运用该经营模式的优势和劣势。
During the＂12th Five Year Plan＂period,the international trading structure will have great changes.The growth in world economy will become slower and the competition for market,resources,talents,technology and standards will become fierce,which will bring lots of influence on China＇s foreign trade development.Facing the opportunity and the challenges,foreign trade companies should have innovation in doing business,and the innovation in foreign trade business mode will bring new progress opportunities for small and medium-sized companies.This paper introduces the current situation of combination export managers（CEM）mode and analyses the advantages and disadvantages by applying CEM mode.
