摘要
结肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,在我国其发病率有上升趋势。近年来,从分子水平上研究结肠癌的发生、发展及预后,寻找更有效的治疗方法,已经成为热点。目前研究结果显示,与结肠癌发生、发展相关的基因有许多。现从癌基因、抑癌基因、与血管生成有关的基因、其他基因等几个方面对其研究进展予以综述,为更好地研究结肠癌提供一定的理论依据。
Colon cancer is a common malignant tumor,the incidence of which is in uptrend in China.In recent years,the research of the genesis,development and prognosis of colon cancer on molecular level to find more effective treatment has become the hotspot.Current studies showed that there were many genes related to the development of colon cancer.Here is to make a review on the research progress from the perspective of oncogenes,tumor suppressor genes,and angiogenesis-related genes etc.,to provide a theoretical basis for better understanding of colon cancer.
