摘要
目的探讨采用厄贝沙坦联合利尿剂治疗老年原发性高血压(EP)的疗效。方法将92例老年EP患者分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用依那普利+利尿剂治疗,观察组采用厄贝沙坦+利尿剂治疗。治疗8周后,比较2组患者的降压效果。结果观察组显效28例,有效15例,总有效率为93.48%;对照组显效22例,有效16例,总有效率82.61%。观察组的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用厄贝沙坦联合利尿剂治疗老年EP疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan for elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with essential hypertension（EP） were divided into control group and observation group,forty-six in each group.The control group was given enalapril with diuretic,but the observation group was given irbesartan with diuretic.The clinical effects in two groups were observed and compared after 8 weeks.Results The total efficiency rate was 93.48% in the observation group,but the control group was 82.61%.The total efficiency rate in the observation group was superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion There is a significantly clinical effect of irbesartan combine diuretic for elderly patients with essential hypertension.
