摘要
目的探讨阶段性健康教育对直肠癌Miles术后化疗患者的影响。方法选择80例Miles术后化疗患者，随机分为干预组与对照组各40例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在患者入院后实施阶段性健康教育。结果干预组患者的健康教育知晓率和遵医行为明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论对直肠癌Miles术后化疗患者提供阶段性健康教育，能提高患者的家庭自我护理能力和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influence of phased health education on chemotherapy of rectal cancer patients after Miles. Methods A total of 80 cases of rectal cancer patients after Miles were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group,each group of 40 cases.Patients in control group were received with conventional care model, while observation group with phased health education.Results Compared tp control group, observation group was significantly enhanced comprehensive rate of health education and compliance behavior（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Application of phased health education on chemotherapy of rectal cancer patients after Miles, improves self-care ability and quality of life.
