摘要
考察了不同聚合度聚胺用作钻井液页岩抑制剂的性能。实验结果表明,加入聚胺能降低泥浆的动切力,土容量越大,减低越明显。聚胺浓度越大,相对抑制率越高。当以粘度来近似表征聚合度时,粘度为700-1 200 mm2/s的聚胺在含量为0.2%时,相对抑制率〉80%。加入聚胺的泥浆在120℃、150℃和180℃温度下老化16 h后,相对抑制率均大于90%,显示出良好的页岩抑制效果。
Properties of polyamines with different polymerization degrees as shale inhibitor for drilling fluid were investigated.The results show that to add polyamines can decrease the YP of clay mud,and capability of the clay increases more,the reduction is more apparent;the higher the polyamine concentration,the higher the relative inhibition rate.When dosage of the polyamine(700~1 200㎜2/s) is 0.2%,the relative inhibition rate is more than 80%.After aging for 16 h at the temperature of 120 ℃,150 ℃ or 180 ℃,relative inhibition rates are more than 90%.
