吉西他滨在胰腺癌治疗中的应用进展 被引量：3

摘要 胰腺癌是一种恶性程度极高的消化道肿瘤,具有起病隐匿、病程短、进展快、死亡率高的特点,严重危害人类健康,近年来其发病率有上升的趋势。目前国内胰腺癌占全部恶性肿瘤死因第7位,发病率2.62/10万,占全部恶性死亡总数1.93%。由于胰腺癌早期缺乏特异性的临床表现,发现时多为晚期,且手术根治率低。据统计[1],
