一例金毛犬胰腺炎的诊断和治疗 被引量：6

摘要 胰腺炎是犬常见的一种消化系统疾病。胰腺炎可分为急性胰腺炎和慢性胰腺炎，其中以急性胰腺炎对犬的危害较大，因为急性胰腺炎在发病时往往会有严重的呕吐和腹痛，有的还伴有腹泻，甚至粪便中带血，发病严重者可导致病犬出现昏迷或休克。由于此病发病急，诊断难度大，病犬往往不能得到及时治疗而继发其他腹腔疾病，从而导致犬出现急性死亡。笔者在临床上遇到多例犬患有急性胰腺炎的病例，其中以1例金毛犬较为典型，现将该犬的发病情况以及诊治过程报道如下：
