摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法在SiO2/Si(100)衬底进行ZnO纳米棒结构制备实验研究。所制备的纳米棒结构直径约20-200nm,长度约几个微米。通过分析影响"陷光"性能的结构参数,调整制备工艺条件,可获得符合太阳电池表面"陷光"要求的结构。
This paper performed an experimental research to grow ZnO nanorods on the SiO2/Si (100) substrate using sol-gel method. The diameters of the acquired ZnO nanorods range from 20nm to 200nm, and the length is around several microns. The structure for meeting light trapping requirement on the solar cells surface would be realized by adjusting the process parameters based on the analysis on light trapping mechanism on the surface of the solar cells.
