生物碱的抑菌特性与黄连白绢病菌致病性关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 黄连体内含有大量异喹啉类生物碱,本文以采自湖北鄂西的黄连株体为材料,分离、提取并鉴定该类化合物的主要成分为小蘗碱,体外试验证明,黄连生物碱粗提物具有广谱的抗植物病原菌特性,为植物的预成抗菌产物。进一步研究表明,这类化合物抗菌活性的大小受环境酸碱度的调节,从而,阐明黄连白绢病菌在其致病过程中,非专化性草酸毒素的产生,间接地影响了寄主植物的抗病性,在病害发生的专化性进程中起着重要作用。 Isoquinoline alkaloids were isolated from a kind of Chinese Medicinal Herb (Coptis chinensis Franch.) . The main alkaloid component was identified as berberine, Berberine served as the preformed inhibitory substance which showed violent inhibitory activity to a wide range of plant pathogenic fungi. In vitro, antimicrobial activity of isoquinoline alkaloids was affected by pH. In acidic condition, isoquinoline alkaloids were largely inactive. Oxalic acid and crystals of calcium oxalate were detected in PDA-medium during the growth of the plant pathogenic fungus Sclerotium rolfsii caused the disease on Coptis chinensis Franch.. Our experiment supported that oxalic acid secreted by Sclerotium rolfsii involved in the pathogenesis by way of governing the pH at the infection site and played an important role in determining the disease development.
