摘要
探讨孤立性脉络膜血管瘤合并视网膜脱离的治疗方法。方法:7例脉络膜血管瘤合并视网膜脱离者,采用单纯氩激光治疗。9例脉络膜膜血管瘤合并视网膜明显脱离、视网膜下积液较多者,采用巩膜冷凝、排出视网膜下液联合氩激光治疗。结果:治疗后13例的瘤体萎缩或缩小,渗出性视网膜脱离减少,视力增进或保持不变,单纯激光治疗组,有效率为7143%。联合治疗组有效率为8889%。结论:脉络膜血管瘤合并视网膜浅脱离者,单用激光治疗即可获效,但若合并视网膜明显脱离、视网膜下积液较多者,则应行巩膜冷凝、排出视网膜下液联合激光治疗方可获效。
To make a study of the Therapy for choroidal hemangioma accompanied by retinal detachment.Methods:The Ar + laser therapy had been used to treat the choroidal hemangioma in 16 cases,while 9 of which with severe retinal detachment and more subretinal liquid had been treated by associating with scleral condensation and the drainage of subretinal liquid.Results:The hemangioma of choroid atrophied or reduced,the retinal detachment reduced and the vision increased or kept in 13 cases.The effective rate was 71 43% with Ar+ laser group and 88 89% with the united group.Conclusions:Choroidal hemangioma with mild retinal detachment can be treated only by Ar+ laser,but that with severe retinal detachment or more subretinal liquid should be treated by associating with scleral condensation and subretinal liquid drainage.
