骨髓增生异常综合征患者SHP-1与c-kit基因表达及相互作用的研究 被引量：3

摘要 本研究应用国际预后评分系统（IPSS积分）对骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）分型,通过观察不同分型MDS患者单个核细胞中酪氨酸磷酸酶（SHP-1）、c-kit基因表达水平的变化,探讨SHP-1、c-kit基因在MDS发病机制中的相互作用以及对预后的影响。
