周剂量顺铂同步三维适形放射治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨周剂量顺铂同步三维适形放射治疗(3D-CRT)局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效和相关影响因素。方法对58例局部晚期NSCLC患者采用3D-CRT联合顺铂同步化疗,总DT64~72Gy,中位剂量68Gy。同步应用顺铂25mg·m-2·周-1,连用6周。结果完全缓解11例,部分缓解35例,稳定12例,进展0例;总有效率(CR+PR)79.31%。中位生存期16.2个月,中位局部无进展生存时间8.7个月。1、2、3年生存率分别为62.09%、31.03%和20.69%。结论周剂量顺铂同步3D-CRT治疗局部晚期NSCLC具有较好的近期与远期疗效,不良反应可耐受。KPS评分、肿瘤大小及放疗剂量为影响近期疗效的独立因素。
