摘要
从不同作物上获得的16个尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)分离物,用棉苗进行致萎力和致病力检测后,选出萎蔫指数和病情指数相对较低的F_(86-15)、F_(86-12)、Fa三个分离物分别诱导棉花对黄萎病(Verticillium wilt)的抗病性,以F_(86-15)效果最好。测试结果表明,棉株经过尖孢镰刀菌诱导的,其根部类萜烯醛类物质含量比未诱导的均有不同程度的增加。用孢子萌芽法鉴定该物质的抑菌活性,证实对棉花黄萎病菌分生孢子萌发有抑制作用。
Three hypowilting and hypovirulent isolates of Fusarium oxysporum were selected from 16 isolates collected from different hosts.Resistance to Verti cillium will was induced by inoculating the cotton seedlings with the three isolates respectively. Isolate F86-15 there was the most observable effects from isolates F86-15 than from others. The concentration of terpenoid aldehydes in induced cotton plants was higher than that in uninduced plants. Terpenoid aldehydes from induced cotton plants inhibited the germination of conidia of Verticillium dahliae Kleb.
