摘要
目的为改变木材加工企业圆木旋切工艺现状、提高旋切设备自动化水平、拓宽加工范围、提高企业竞争力.方法根据单板旋切原理,在分析了旋切过程的各种因素,以及现有旋切机的结构特点基础上,提出了一种新型无卡轴旋切机的结构方案,剖析了新型无卡轴旋切机的结构特点,提出了新的旋切公式,建立了驱动辊变速进给的数学模型.结果新型旋切机的旋切公式为dy/dt=a0tanβ/(φ0+φg).φgng/30[(kd-y/a0tanβ)(φ0+φg)].hb,旋切过程中,随着圆木剩余直径减小,两个驱动辊分别沿直线进给,其进给轨迹具有一定夹角,并关于中心线对称.结论这种进给模式可以兼顾高的木材利用率和宽的加工范围,在满足加工精度前提下,能够提高旋切速度,可以满足木材加工企业现场的生产需要,为新型无卡轴旋切机的自动控制系统的实施奠定了理论基础.
To change current status of veneer peeling process in wood enterprises, improve processing auto- mation level and widen the scope of perspective and enhance enterprise competitiveness, according to the working principle of log-core veneer lathe, various factors that affect the veneer rotary peeling had been ana- lyzed in detail.
