沥青混合料抗裂性能指标研究

摘要 采集典型高速公路现场沥青混合料试样,进行回收沥青的针入度、延度、软化点、动力黏度、运动黏度及BBR性能试验,以寻找与典型工程开裂程度相关性较好的试验指标。试验发现,动力黏度及运动黏度指标有较好的相关性;沥青混合料J积分临界值与实体工程沥青路面抗开裂性能有较好的相关性。但限于试样数量有限,所得结论还有待今后进一步研究,以进一步验证主要结论的可靠性。 In order to find out test indices which are good correlation with cracking degree of typical engineering, the asphalt mixture samples were collected from typical expressways, and performance experiment of penetration test, ductility,softening point,dynamic viscosity,kinematic viscosity and BBR test of recycling asphalt were implemented. The tests found, dynamic viscosity,kinematic viscosity show a good correlation. Based on J-integral test of asphalt mixture at sites, critical JIC index have a perfect relativity with crack of the expressways. Restricted to a limited number of samples, the conclusion must be further study for verify reliability of the main results of this research.
