摘要
采用射频热疗和药物直接注入前列腺治疗慢性前列腺炎96 例, 其中经尿道射频热疗25 例, 治愈4 例(16% ),好转 9 例(36% ), 总有效率 52% ; 药物直接注入前列腺组织内 26 例, 治愈 7 例(26.92% ), 好转 13 例(50% ), 无效 6 例(23.08% ), 总有效率76.92% ; 联合治疗组45 例, 治愈28 例(62.22% ), 好转14 例(31.11% ), 无效3 例(6.67% ), 总有效率93.33% 。96 例随访6～12 月, 热疗组复发 1 例, 注射组复发 3 例, 联合治疗组复发3 例。认为射频热疗和药物局部注射联合治疗慢性前列腺炎效果较好,
Radio frequency thermal treatment and imediate pharmaceuticals injections in prostate are applied to cure 96 cases of chronic prostatitis. Among them, 25 cases undertook radio frequency thermal treatment through urethra with 4 cases (16%) fully recovered, 9 cases (36%) much improved, total efficiency by 52%, 26 cases received immediate pharmaceuticals injections in the prostate with 7 cases (26.92%) fully recovered, 13 cases (50%) much improved, 6 cases (23.08%) no response, total efficiency by 76.92% 45 cases had combined therapy with 28 cases (62.22%) fully recovered, 14 cases ( 31.11 %) much improved, 3 cases (6.67%) no response, total efficiency by 93.33%. 96 cases are followed up for 6 to 12 months, 1 cases from thermal treatment group recurred, 3 cases from injection group relapsed, 3 cases from combined treatment group had another attack. Combined therapy of redio frequency thermal treatment with regional pharmaceuticals injections have been considered effective and thus an ideal method in treating chronic prostate.
