摘要
用玉米细菌性枯萎菌(745)免疫BALB/C小鼠得到的脾细胞与骨髓瘤细胞SP2/0—Ag14融合,获得G_5、C_2和D_13株稳定分泌抗745菌的单克隆抗体的细胞瘤株。用ELISA间接法测定抗体滴度为1:25600。其中G_5和D_1能与所有供试的9个745菌株系有不同程度的反应,而C_2只与7个745菌株反应。3个单克隆抗体均不与供试的同属其它菌反应。
Three hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies (McAb) to E. stewartii 745 were established by hybridiza-tion of the mouse myeloma cells (SP2/O-Ag14) and E ·stewartii immunized BALB/c spleen cells. The titration of the McAb detected by indirect-ELISA were 1: 25600.
The two McAbs G5 nd D1 reacted with all 9 strains of E. stewariii 745, but McAb G_2 only reacte with 7 strains of 745. However, all 3 McAbs do not react with other strains in the same genus of Erwinia.
