摘要
大学生职业生涯规划和思想政治教育都是为提高大学生素质、促进大学生成长成才服务的。职业生涯规划蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育功能。充分运用职业生涯规划开展思想政治教育,是社会发展的迫切要求,也是新时期全方位开展大学生思想政治教育的现实需要。对大学生职业生涯规划和思想政治教育的内在联系进行分析,指出二者相结合的路径,以期为增强大学生思想政治教育实效提供理论依据。
College students’ career planning and the ideological and political education is to improve college students’ quality to promote college students’ growing success of service career planning contains the rich ideological and political education function make full use of the career planning of the ideological and political education,is the social development urgent demand,is also the new period all-round development of ideological and political education of college students in this paper the practical needs of the career planning and the ideological and political education of the inner link is analyzed,and their combining path,in order to strengthen college students’ ideological and political education provides the theory basis for actual effect.
