摘要
目的 :探讨小吸管吸脂术在减少手术并发症方面的作用。方法 :采用自制的小吸管 (无缝不锈钢管制品 ) ,对 10 3例患者行吸脂术 ,通过术后效果观察 ,分析其并发症发生情况。结果 :小吸管吸脂术效果满意。瘀斑、血肿和血清肿、暂时性感觉减退、皮肤凹凸不平等并发症较粗管吸脂更少、更轻。循环系统脂肪栓塞 ,大血管和神经断裂等严重并发症从未发生。结论 :小吸管吸脂术 ,效果良好 ,能明显地减少。
Objective:Study the effects of decrease complications after operations by using the Slim sucker liposuction.Methods:We adopted the slim sucker made by ourselves (seamless and stainless steel tube products),to treat 103 patients analysing the conditions the complications.Results:Satisfactory results were achieved. Which the petechiae,hematoma,reduction of feeling skin are not more even and more symmetrical than that using the wide sucker liposuction.The circulatory system embolism and the broken of big blood vessel never happened.Conclusion:The effect of liposuction by using the slim sucker is quite good,which can reduce and miligate the complications obviously.
