摘要
目的 探讨可溶性白介素 2受体（ sIL 2R）及白介素 6（ sIL 6）与皮肌炎发病机理的关系，分析 sIL 2R与血清肌酶的关系。 方法 用双抗体夹心 ELISA法及 3H－胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入法检测了 30例皮肌炎患者用皮质类固醇治疗前后及 28例正常人 sIL 2R、 IL 6水平。结果 皮肌炎患者治疗前 sIL 2R、 IL 6显著升高（ P0.05） ,IL 6仍高于正常（ P0.05）。结论 sIL 2R、 IL 6在皮肌炎的发病机理中起着重要作用， sIL 2R水平可能与皮肌炎的活动性相关， sIL 2R、 IL 6对于皮肌炎合并肿瘤的患者的意义尚需进一步研究。
Objective To study the relationship between soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R) and interleukin 6 (IL 6) in the pathogenesis of dermatomyositis (DM ) . Methods The serum level of sIL 2R was measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA and the level of IL 6 induced by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) was detected by radioimmunoassay with 3H TdR in 30 DM patients before and after corticosteroid treatment and in 28 normal controls. The relationship between them and the levels of muscle enzyme was analyzed.
