摘要
目的:分析彭浦社区婴幼儿发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)筛查情况。方法:回顾性分析在彭浦社区卫生服务中心定期进行婴幼儿健康体检者877例中筛查DDH的数据资料。结果:DDH可疑者297例(33.87%),DDH确诊者26例(2.96%)。结论:社区儿保医生在DDH早期发现、早期诊断中发挥着重要作用。
Objective：To analyse that the situation of Developmental Dysplasia of Hip in the community of Pengpu. Method： Retrospective analysis that 877 babies who checkup termly in our Health Service Center at Jan. 1,2007 - Sep. 30,2010,297 infants of them are who suspect of DDH,26 infants of them are who diagnose of DDH. Result：297 suspicious DDH cases were discovered and 26 DDH cases were diagnosed. Conclusion： Child health care doctor can play an important role in the early diagnosis of DDH.
