摘要
速灭杀丁和敌杀死对桔全爪螨(Panonychus citri Mey.)雌成螨的LC_(50)分别为15和1.8ppm。使用不同浓度处理桔全爪螨若螨、成螨和卵具有不同的效应。在相同的剂量下,桔全爪螨对敌杀死比速灭杀丁敏感;一种药剂高浓度有抑制作用,低浓度有促进作用。处理二龄若螨会延长当代雌成螨的寿命、增加产卵量和卵的孵化率。处理卵会增加卵的初、中期孵化速度,但总的孵化率影响不明显。处理雌成螨会增加产卵量;在温室内盆栽桔苗上,以若螨为主的桔全爪螨种群经药剂处理后14天,其螨和卵的数量明显增加,对害螨的发生具有刺激增殖作用。
Results show that the LC_50 of Sumicidin and Decis are 15 and 1.8ppmon the citrus red mite Panonychus citri Mcy.,respectively.The re-sponses of nymphs,imagoes and eggs to different concentrations have beenshown in the different effects.With same dosage,the effect of Decis isgreater than that of Sumicidin.The higher concentrations of the pyre-throids inhibit,and the lower concentrations stimulate,the develop-ment.The treatment on the second instar nymphs of the mite may extendthe influence to the roat of the life-span of female imagoes,and in-crease the egg production,and hatching rate of eggs.Though the treat-ment on eggs may increase the hatching speed of the initial and middlestage of incubation,yet not effect the total hatching rate has been ob-served;the treatment on the female imagoes may increase their eggproduction.In greenhouse,the treatments on the mite population pre-ponderating in 1—2 instar nymphs,on the potted citrus trees with the twopyrethroids,would increase significantly the quantities of imagoes,nymphs and eggs after 14 days,showing the stimulating effect on thedevelopment of this citrus red mite.
