摘要
1987—1988年以毛细管微量点滴法检测了新疆吐鲁番等五个棉区的棉蚜对16种杀虫剂的抗药性。结果表明,五个棉区的棉蚜对拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂基本属于敏感性种群。对有机磷杀虫剂的反应同内地棉区无明显差异。据LD_(51)和LD_(99)值制定出了新疆棉区棉蚜的相对敏感度基线及抗性监测诊断剂量。提出了新疆棉蚜的治理对策。
The cotton aphid Aphis gossypii G.is a new problem for cottonculture In Xinjiang Province,China.The resistance of cotton aphidsto 16 kinds of insecticides in Turpan etc.regions were examined withthe topical application method.The results showed that cotton aphidswere susceptible to Pyrethroids and Carbamates insecticides in Turpanetc.regions while the resistance to organophosphorus insecticides hadnot obvious difference when compared with that in Gaomi,ShandongProvince.This paper works out the relative basic-line of susceptibilityto Pyrethroid and Carbamate insecticides,and diagnostic dosage of re-sistance with LD_99.The management strategy to the resistance of cot-ton aphids in Xinjiang is put forward.
