摘要
目的总结成人重度肺动脉狭窄手术围术期的治疗经验。方法 11例成人肺动脉狭窄患者接受手术治疗,均行补片右室流出道拓宽,同时矫治合并其他心内畸形。结果 1例因术后静脉血栓导致肺栓塞死亡,另1例因右心功能不全死亡;余9例顺利痊愈出院。结论手术仍然是治疗成人重度肺动脉狭窄的最有效手段,术后出现的右心功能不全和(或)肺栓塞是影响预后的危险因素。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of severe adult pulmonary stenosis perioperatively. Methods 11 consecutive patients received correction of severe pulmonary stenosis, all of which underwent transannular right ventricular outflow tract enlargement with autologous pericardium patch. Results 9 cases were recovered completely and discharged home smoothly. There were 2 Petients dead postoperatively, one died of pulmo- nary embolism, the other died of right ventricular failure. Conclusion Surgery is still an effective management to pulmonary stenosis. Right heart failure and pulmonary embolism are rare morbidity but deadly.
