造血干细胞移植患者中心静脉导管感染的预防 被引量：10

摘要 目的　探讨造血干细胞移植时中心静脉导管相关感染的预防。方法　接受移植患者采用全环境保护 ,移植前及骨髓空虚期预防性使用了广谱抗生素 ,移植中使用粒细胞集落刺激因子 ,对导管相关感染进行监测。结果　 6例移植患者平均置管时间 3 6天 ( 2 5～ 4 5天 ) ,无 1例发生中心静脉导管相关感染。结论　净化内外环境、严格无菌操作是防止细菌侵入的保障 ,使用粒细胞因子缩短骨髓抑制时间可降低感染因素 ,感染机会随置管时间的延长而增加 ,造血功能一旦恢复即应拔管。
