昆虫病原线虫对黄曲条跳甲幼虫防治的初步研究 被引量:21

摘要 通过比较斯氏线虫科(Steinernematidae)及异小杆线虫科(Heterorhabditidae)的六个不同种或品系(编号)的线虫对黄曲条跳甲Phyllotreta vittata幼虫的寄生效果,发现斯氏线虫科的Steinernema feltiae(A_(24)品系)及异小杆线虫科的Heterorhabditis sp.(86H-1)表现出最高的寄生率,滴入线虫液后3天寄生率达100%。应用S.feltiae(A_(24)品系)防治田间黄曲条跳甲幼虫。施用线虫5天后,寄生率达94%,有效虫口下降97%。结果表明,应用该线虫防治黄曲条跳甲幼虫是有可能的。 Based on a comparison of the parasitism effects of six nematodespecies and strains,belonging to Steinernematidae and Heterorhabditi-dae,on striped flea beetle Phyllotreta vittata (Fabricius) larvae,it isfound that Steinernema feltiae(strain A_24)and Heterorhabditis sp.(86H-1)were most effective,the parasitizations at three days after treatmentwere up to 100%.Field application showed that the 94% of the bee-tle larvae were parasitized and 97% of the effective beetle populationwas decreased by S. feltiae(A_24) at five days after application.It issuggested that this nematode species is an available agent for bio-control against striped flea beetle.
