摘要
本文研究了在人工控制的六种温度条件下,萝卜蚜生长发育和繁殖与温度的关系。结果表明,萝卜蚜发育最适温区在16—23℃之间,萝卜蚜对环境干扰的忍耐力随发育进程明显地增加,其中无翅型比有翅型更能忍受环境的不良影响。通过方差分析和t检验还证实了Hughes的“蚜虫前三龄历期呈等比”的论点。以生殖生物量表示温度与蚜虫重量和生殖数量的关系,得出了萝卜蚜的生殖起点温度和最适生殖温度。依萝卜蚜生殖高峰日随温度降低呈落差态的现象组建了Weibull函数模拟模型。用单纯形法计算的萝卜蚜种群参数与用回归等方法计算的结果基本一致。
The relationship between growth,development,and reproductionof turnip aphid Lipaphis erysimi and temperature was studied in sixincubators with different constant temperatures.The optimum develop-mental temperature derived form the logistic equation between devel-opment rate and temperature was ranged from 16—23℃.It was indicatedthat the tolerance of this aphid to enviromental disturbance increasedsignificantly with its'age,and apterous female was more tolerant thanalatae.'The durations of first three nymph instars were in geometricalprogression'proposed by Hughes was also confirmed. The temperature threshold and optimum temperature for its repro-duction were derived from the reproduction biomass.A Weibull modelwas established to describe the dynamic relation between reproductionpeak date and temperature.The population parameters calculated bysimplex method were similar to those by regression analysis or othermethods.
