摘要
目的:观察中医辨证治疗儿童肥胖症的疗效。方法:将67例肥胖症患儿按照中医辨证分为痰浊内盛型、脾虚湿阻型、胃热滞脾型,并给予相对应的治疗方药,10剂为1个疗程。结果:临床治愈47例(70.15%),显效15例(22.39%),无效5例(7.46%),总有效率92.54%。结论:中医辨证治疗儿童肥胖症临床疗效确切。
Objective：Observed the effect of TCM in the treatment of pediatric obesity.Methods：67 cases of obesity children were differentiated into internal abundance of turbid phlegm,damp retention due to pancreas asthenia,pancreas stasis due to gastric heat,and were prescribed corresponding herb medicine,10 doses for one course.Results：47 cases were cured（70.15%）,15 cases were markedly effective（22.39%）,5 cases were ineffective（7.46%）,with a total effective rate of 92.54%.Conclusion：Pediatric obesity treated by TCM can get exact good effect.
