摘要
目的:观察犀角地黄汤加减治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:以中医药理论为指导,用犀角地黄汤辨证加减治疗过敏性紫癜患儿40例,10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后观察结果。结果:治愈30例,好转8例,无效2例,总有效率为95%。结论:犀角地黄汤加减治疗过敏性紫癜,能较快缓解临床症状,疗效满意。
Objective：Observed the effect of changed Cornus Rhinoceri and Rehmanniae Decoction in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura.Methods：according to TCM theory,40 cases of pediatric allergic purpura were treated with changed Cornus Rhinoceri and Rehmanniae Decoction,10 days for one course,observing the effect after 3 continuous courses.Results：30 cases were cured,8 cases got improved,and 2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 95%.Conclusion：Pediatric allergic purpura treated by changed Cornus Rhino-ceri and Rehmanniae Decoction can relieve clinic syndrome and get satisfactory effect.
