摘要
目的 探讨多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验( DSE) 检测冬眠心肌的最佳剂量及其价值。方法 利用10 只犬建立慢性心肌冬眠动物模型并进行DSE,多巴酚丁胺的滴注剂量分别为5 、10 、20 、30 、40 μg/(kg·min) ,利用二维超声于每期末测量室壁动度。结果 本实验成功地建立了慢性心肌冬眠动物模型,DSE 过程中,运动异常节段数、运动改善节段数、W MSI 及LVEF 均呈双相反应,多巴酚丁胺剂量为10 ~20 μg/(kg·min) 时,对于检测心肌存活具有较高敏感性、特异性和预测准确性。结论 DSE 是检测冬眠心肌的准确方法,10 ~20 μg/(kg·min) 的多巴酚丁胺剂量是检测冬眠心肌的最佳剂量。
Objective To assess the value of dobutamine stress echocardiography (DSE) in detecting hibernating myocardium (HM) and the relationship between the different dosages of dobatamine and the ventricular wall motion of HM.Methods Ten dogs were selected to establish chronic myocardial hibernating animal model,and the changes of ventricular wall motion were detected by DSE.The dosages of dobutamine were 5,10,20,30, 40 μg/(kg·min) ,respectively.Results The animal model were successfully,during DSE,the number of abnormal segments,number of improved segments,WMSI,LVEF were all in biphasic response pattern.There were higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy during the dosages of dobutamine being 10~20 μg/(kg·min).Conclusions DSE is an accurate methed on examing HM.10~20 μg/(kg·min) dobutamine dose level are the best dose level on examing.
