摘要
本文探讨了土壤微生物相(B/F)、土壤电导效率(E·C,ms/cm)及pH值与白菜根肿病的相关关系。试验初步证明:抑菌型土壤中微生物数量多、活性强,尤其细菌数量明显增加,为染病型土壤的4倍,矿物质含量较高,pH值大,即B/F>150,E·C>0.4ms/cm,pH>7.0;而染病型土壤的B/F<50,E·C<0.1ms/cm,pH<6.2。但抑菌型土壤的抑菌作用是有限的,抑菌效果与土壤中根肿瘤病菌密度呈负相关,病组织(根肿瘤)的重量占土壤重量0.05%时(相当于每克土中含休眠孢子20万个),发病率为16.67%,当升至0.5%时(每克土含孢子200万个),即100%发病。抑菌型土壤经高温灭菌处理后,其抑菌作用消失。
The correlation of ambury on chines cabbage with microbiophase(B/F),electrical conductivity (E.C,ms/cm) and pH were studies.In fungistatic soil,it was found that B/F>150,E.C>0.4,pH>7.0,while in infected soil,B/F<50,E.C<0.11,pH<6.2 were observed.Butthe effect of fungistatic soil was limited and there existed a negativecorrelation between the effect of fungistatic soil and the density ofplasmodiophora brassicae it the soil.When the weight of diseasedtissues(root nodules)was 0.05% of that of soil,the disease incidence(Dl)was 16.67%,but when in reached 0.5%,the Dl became 100%.Theeffect of fungistasis disappeared after high temperature sterilization.This might due to the loss of activity of antagonistic microorganisms inthe soil.
